Take a Moment for You

Do You Need a Break?

A Moment For You Massage was founded to connect more people with the profound physical and mental health benefits of massage.

While working as a massage therapist in a clinic setting, I watched many of my clients struggle to make it to the clinic for regular treatments. When forced to choose between work and life commitments or self-care, their bodies usually came last.

I want to make it easier for you to access natural stress and pain relief through massage. By eliminating your commute, I make taking a moment for your personal health convenient and guilt-free. At the end of the day you'll go home restored and filled with renewed energy to dedicate to the people and things you love most.

My Mission

To promote health, happiness, and longevity through the simple tool of human touch.

Hi, I'm Melinda.

Welcome to A Moment For You Massage!

After graduating from Makami College's Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy Program in 2018, I practiced in a multidisciplinary clinic for six years before founding A Moment For You in 2024. I have always been interested in the therapeutic aspects of massage, which led me to continuing education in Orthopedic Massage and RAPID Neurofascial Reset. I love working with clients to improve specific conditions or injuries. A significant part of my practice is dedicated to stress relief and the positive effects of massage on mood and mental health.

Outside of work, I love doing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, lifting weights, mountain biking, and backpacking through the spectacular Canadian Rockies! Through helping my clients move better and more pain-free, I want to empower them to get active and make their own health a long term priority.

“I would highly recommend Melinda…

Always a great professional massage from Melinda! Being involved in sports and weight training she is excellent at listening and addressing the problem areas. I would highly recommend Melinda whether it be for part of your rehab or just a relaxing massage!”

“Melinda is very supportive, professional, and caring…

I highly recommend Melinda if you're looking for someone who truly understands human anatomy and muscles, assesses your situation at the start of every massage appointment, and works to address the root cause of an issue. She will help you work through any tenison, knot and tight muscles. ”
